We also remanufacture many different types of Steering Components for a host of different aged vehicles.
The remanufacturing process occurs right in our shop located in London Ontario, we use Canadian sourced replacement parts to complete the job.
From Domestic to Import Vehicles, Medium Duty Trucks, Vintage and Luxury vehicles we rebuild all of these to equal or better quality than new.

Process of Remanufacturing our Products:
- Disassemble old part (core)
- Discard components except casting
- Hot tank degreaser
- Steel shot peen tumble to restore factory finish
- Goes to rustproofing
- Inspect casting for any defects (checking all key areas for proper fit)
- Goes to assembly and pressure checked
NOTE: every steering component is assembled individually by a one of three quality assurance members , this is NOT assembly line work. This allows for control for building quality products.
