Process of Remanufacturing our Products:
- Disassemble old part (core)
- Discard components except casting
- Hot tank degreaser
- Steel shot peen tumble to restore factory finish
- Goes to rustproofing
- Inspect casting for any defects (checking all key areas for proper fit)
- Goes to assembly and pressure checked
NOTE: every component is assembled individually by a one of three quality assurance members , this is NOT assembly line work. This allows for control for building quality products.
